Refund Policy

It is recognized that under certain conditions the Department and/or the buyer is unable to honor commitments for seedlings ordered.
A full or partial refund will be granted when:

  1. The Department is unable to fill the order due to the unavailability of quality seedlings.
  2. The Department made an error when placing the order.
  3. Department personnel determined that the seedlings were damaged in transit.
  4. Department personnel failed to fulfill written or implied contractual arrangements for
    planting or site preparation.
    A refund will be granted with a $20 service fee deducted when the landowner cancels the order
    within 30 days of placing the order.
    A refund will be granted with a 50% restocking fee or $20 service fee (whichever is higher)
    when the landowner cancels the order between 31 to 59 days after placing the order.
    A refund will be granted with a 90% restocking fee or $20 service fee (whichever is higher)
    when the landowner cancels the order after 60 days of placing the order and before January 15.
    NO Refund will be granted when the landowner cancels the order after 60 days of placing the
    order and after January 15.
    A partial refund will be granted without a service fee when the landowner changes the order
    within 14 days of placing the original order
